For this project, I chose to do a banana as my fruit. The style we are working on is low poly and it's a mesh of small polygons that have different contrasts to create an image. I am working on adding color to my polygons and I am using the photo of a banana as a reference.  The image below is an example of this style being used to create a scenery.

I choose to do icons that were similar colors so that there was a theme to them. I didn't want one of the fruit to stand out more than the others. This is also why I gave them the same background for the first row. I added a highlight for each icon since I wanted to show that there was light. Lastly, I made sure that all the fruit had some sort of leaf or stem to them so that they seem more like a group. For the second row I decided to use complementary colors purple and yellow just because I liked how they appeared. My third row is going to be gray scale, but i haven't finished yet.
